The ratings assigned to the bank facilities of the company factor in the strong promoter support (Value Industries being a part of the Videocon group), the company’s diversified product range, a strong dealer network for its products through its group company and increased demand for consumer electronics due to rising per capita income.

The company’s principal activity is to manufacture and market a wide range of electrical and electronic products, which includes air-conditioners, refrigerators, programmable washing machines and assemblies and sub-assemblies.
