JMC Projects (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on August 11, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Result of the Company for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Trading by insiders for Prevention of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the equity shares of the Company by the Directors and Designated Employees will remain closed from July 27, 2016 to August 13, 2016. The Trading Window will re-open from August 16, 2016.
