In connection with the Board Meeting scheduled on August 9th, 2016 for approving the Unaudited Financials, as required under Company’s Code of Conduct for preventing of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed for all the directors / designated employees from July 25, 2016 to August 16, 2016.
