Further, Venkatachalam Ramakrishna Iyer, Krishnamurthy H and Mahadev Nagendra Rao who were elected at the 14th Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on July 26, 2016 as Directors from amongst shareholders other than the Central Government, assumed their office from July 27, 2016 and hold office for a period of three years up to July 26, 2019.
