Balaji Amines gains on commissioning chemical plant

Balaji Amines is currently trading at Rs 38.25, up by 0.25 points or 0.66% from its previous closing of Rs 38.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 39.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs 39.65 and Rs 37.70 respectively. So far 844 shares were traded on the counter.

Balaji Amines, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals, has fully commissioned its chemical plant for the manufacture of methyl amines (Mono-Di-Tri) with the capacity of 100 MT per day. The company has commissioned the plant on March 15, 2012.

Balaji Amines is engaged in manufacturing of methylamines, ethylamines, derivatives of specialty chemicals and natural products. The company also manufactures derivatives, which are downstream products for various Pharma /Pesticide industries apart from user specific requirements.
