Kalpataru Power Transmission has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2016, to consider and approve Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further due to Board Meeting as mentioned above, as per the Company’s Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from August 03, 2016 and shall reopen after expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.
