With reference to the earlier letter dated August 04, 2016 regarding notice of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on August 11, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2016, IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has now informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in the said meeting may consider the Additional fund raising options for an amount up to Rs 500 Crore, and to seek shareholders approval for the same at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
