Polaris Consulting zooms on reporting 8% rise in Q1 net profit

Polaris Consulting & Services is currently trading at Rs 199.60, up by 8.75 points or 4.58% from its previous closing of Rs 190.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 194.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 202.50 and Rs 194.00 respectively. So far 30226 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 224.00 on 11-Aug-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 147.50 on 25-Aug-2015.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 8.20% rise in its net profit after taxes, non-controlling Interest and share of loss of Joint Venture at Rs 39.72 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 36.71 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total Income of the company increased by 1.01% to Rs 502.99 crore for quarter under review from Rs 497.96 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
