Poddar Housing and Development has received an approval for sale of foreign subsidiary of the company ‘Poddar Housing FZC’. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 09, 2016 has approved for the same.
Recently, the company had entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Satre Infrastructure to develop a new SRA Housing Project at Chembur, Taluka Kurla, Mumbai.
