Power Finance Corporation (PFC) has received an approval for merger of PFC Green Energy (PFC GEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company with itself. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 09, 2016 has approved for the same.

PFC provides large range of financial products and services like project term loan, lease financing, direct discounting of bills, short term loan, and consultancy services for various power projects in generation, transmission, distribution sector as well as for renovation and modernization of existing power projects.
