Motherson Sumi Systems has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2016.
The company has registered 10.27% fall in its net profit at Rs 143.67 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 160.11 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 13.37% at Rs 1432.03 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1263.10 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 15.81% jump in its net profit at Rs 439.36 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 379.38 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total Income of the company increased 15.25% to Rs 10454.11 crore for quarter under review, from Rs 9070.80 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
