Bharat Financial Inclusion trades in fine fettle on BSE

Bharat Financial Inclusion is currently trading at Rs 810.00, up by 14.65 points or 1.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 795.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 804.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 815.00 and Rs. 800.00 respectively. So far 53371 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 938.75 on 29-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 369.45 on 18-Sep-2015.

Bharat Financial Inclusion (formerly known as SKS Microfinance) has completed its second securitization transaction in FY17 of Rs 530.87 crore. With this transaction, the company has completed securitization transactions of Rs 744.44 crore in FY17.

The entire pool qualifies for Priority Sector treatment as per the Reserve Bank of India’s Priority Sector lending guidelines. The pool has been rated AA (SO) by a leading rating agency, signifying a high degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations. Such instruments carry very low credit risk.
