Minda KTSN Plastic Solutions GmbH & Co KG, Germany, a wholly owned subsidiary of Minda Corporation has entered into a joint venture (50:50) with Shandong Beiqi Haihua Automobile Parts Co, China on August 12, 2016 for manufacture of automotive plastic parts. The total cost of investment is $12.5 million.
