With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 03, 2016, regarding launch of new CPVC Plumbing Brand ‘Astral CPVC PRO’, and our tie up with Sekisui Chemical Co. Ltd. for supply of CPVC raw materials, Astral Poly Technik has now informed that to discontinue our raw material sourcing tie-up and processor/ license agreements with Lubrizol, with effect from October 09, 2016. The Company would like to intimate that the said discontinuation shall not affect the business of the Company as The Company have already done backward integration and initiated compounding for Astral CPVC PRO for hot and cold plumbing solution at our Santej plant-Gujarat.
