BEML, a Public Sector Company under the Ministry of Defence, has bagged two awards - ‘Excellence in Training, Learning and Development Programmes’ and ‘Outstanding Contribution in CSR’. These awards, instituted by Employer Branding Institute, Mumbai, are presented in recognition of Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent Innovation. The awards were presented in the Asia Best Employer Brand Awards-2016 (7th Edition) programme held at Pan Pacific, Singapore.
BEML, the brand name over a period of five decades, known for its huge Mining & Construction Equipment like Dozers, Excavators, Draglines, Rope Shovels, Pipe Layers etc., has not only maintaining major share in the domestic market, but also has sizeable presence in overseas markets.
