Electrosteel Steels has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 06, 201 6, to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 29, 2016 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the meeting on September 06, 2016 by the Company.
