Shalimar Paints has informed that the Central Government vides its order dated August 05, 2016, had approved the shifting of registered office of the Company from the State of West Bengal to the State of Haryana. Further, all the formalities in this respect have been complied with by the Company on August 31, 2016 and the Company is awaiting for issuance of fresh Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana, consequent upon filing of the Central Government order approving the shifting of Registered Office of the Company from the State of West Bengal to the State of Haryana.
