United Bank of India has informed that in terms of the Notice of Strike dated August 16, 2016 by All India Bank Officers Confederation to the Chairman IBA and Ministry of Finance letter dated August 22, 2016 a Bank Strike is proposed on September 02, 2016 on various demands mentioned in the said Notice. The Bank will take all necessary steps in terms of existing guidelines for smooth functioning of the Bank’s Branches/ Offices on the day of Strike, in the event it materializes.
