With reference to the earlier letter dated June 30, 2016, wherein the Company had informed that the appeal filed by the Company before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) against the order of SEBI levying a penalty of Rs 2 Crores (SEBI Order) on the Company for alleged violation of Clause 36 of the listing agreement, will come up for hearing on September 01, 2016. In this regard, New Delhi Television has now informed that the matter has been adjourned. The next date of hearing is September 29, 2016.
