Ess Dee Aluminium has informed that the Company vide its application dated August 26, 2016 have made an application to Registered of Companies (ROC) Kolkata to avail extension of time for convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial year 2015- 2016 in the month of December 2016 instead of September 2016 due to certain technical circumstances. In view of the above the Company informed that the said approval is still pending with the office of Registered of Companies (ROC).
