Manappuram Finance, one of the leading NBFCs of India, has allotted 2000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) by way of Private Placement, having face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 200 crore on September 12, 2016 to ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.

Manappuram Finance is a non-deposit taking NBFC and having a strong presence in South India in states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
