Nagpal Associates, Chartered Accountants has been appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of retiring Auditors, Goel Garg & Co., who have not sought their reappointment, to hold office for a term of consecutive five years from the conclusion of 45th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 50th Annual General Meeting (subject to ratification by the members at every subsequent Annual General Meeting).
