Ujaas Energy gains on commissioning three projects across the country

Ujaas Energy is currently trading at Rs. 24.50, up by 0.15 points or 0.62% from its previous closing of Rs. 24.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 24.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 24.85 and Rs. 24.45 respectively. So far 1,74,025 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 31.90 on 06-Jan-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 15.46 on 22-Sep-2015.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 24.90 and Rs. 22.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 490.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.69%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.57% and 27.74% respectively.

Ujaas Energy has successfully commissioned 25 MW EPC three projects, executed at three different locations across the nation. The locations are 9 MW Oil India Project at Raghawa Dist Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, 6 MW Daman & Diu Electricity Dept. Project in village Fudam / Malala, Diu and 10 MW West Bengal Electricity Company (WBSEDCL) Project in Canal Bank in between Tailrace Channel of Teesta Canal Fall stage-II Hydro Power Station and Mahananda Link Canal, Haptiagachh, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal.

These 3 plants will generate 898.90 million units of electricity in the next 25 years saving 5, 00,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions on the planet.

Ujaas Energy is engaged in manufacturing of transformers. Its products include distribution transformers, power transformers, furnace transformers and special purpose transformers.
