(D) No. 166 Industries (MIA.2) Department dated September 12, 2016 of the Government of Tamil Nadu, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 16, 2016, has co-opted Vikram Kapur, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government, Industries Department as Additional Director with effect from September 07, 2016 in place of Dr. Rajeev Ranjan, IAS who ceased to be Director. Further, as per the above G.O., Thiru Vikram Kapur, IAS holds the position of Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
