Royal Orchid Hotels will be divesting its entire stake in Royal Orchid Ahmedabad to SAMHI Hotels. The company in order to retire its debt and fund developments in key metros like Mumbai, is planning to divest a few of its hotels.
The company recently has opened its new Hotel viz., Regenta Hotel & Convention Centre at National Highway- 8, Rajokori, New Delhi. The Regenta Hotel is with 48 guest rooms in addition to bar, Specialty Restaurants, Conference Hall and other facilities.
Samhi Hotels, through its subsidiaries, operates hotels in India. Samhi Hotels was incorporated in 2010 and is based in New Delhi, India.
Royal Orchid Hotels, on the other hand, operates 13 business and leisure hotels in six popular destinations. With 17 unique hospitality concepts in the offing, the Royal Orchid Group of Hotels is amongst India’s fastest growing hotel groups.
