Maxwell Industries has completed the transaction of sale of processing unit at SIPCOT, Erode, Tamil Nadu by receiving balance consideration of Rs 4.34 crore on September 19, 2016. The consideration for this transaction was Rs 4.44 crore, as per the terms and condition set out in the Business Transfer Agreement.
