KNR Constructions shines on receiving completion certificate for Bijapur - Hungund project

KNR Constructions is currently trading at Rs. 134.10, up by 0.90 points or 0.68% from its previous closing of Rs. 133.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 134.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 136.00 and Rs. 134.00 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 152.95 on 21-Feb-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 81.60 on 30-Dec-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 136.00 and Rs. 121.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 378.40 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.01% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.02% and 17.97% respectively. 

KNR Constructions has received 100% provisional completion certificate for Bijapur - Hungund project work. This project has been completed well in advance of 328 days. The due date for completion of project is March 03, 2013 but the actual date of completion is April 09, 2012.

Earlier on May 28, 2010, the company had received an EPC order worth Rs 825 crore towards four laning of Bijapur - Hungund Section of NH-13 from Km 102.00 to Km 202.00 in the state of Karnataka under NHDP Phase III in the state of Karnataka from Bijapur Hungund Tollway and Sadbhav Engineering.
