Jauss Polymers has informed that Atul Nripraj Barar who was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company ceased to be the director of the Company with effect from September 30, 2016 (date of Annual General Meeting). Atul Nripraj Barar, ceased to be the director as per the provisions of section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, which states that any person appointed as an additional director shall hold office up to the date of next annual general meeting or the last date on which the Annual General Meeting should have been held. Further candidature of Atul Nripraj Barar was not proposed for regularization, accordingly Atul Nripraj Barar ceased to the Director with effect from September 30, 2016.
