Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, that the Trading Window is closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect on October 10, 2016 and will be reopened on October 20, 2016 after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on October 18, 2016.
