Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries has informed that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on October 27, 2016, inter alia, the Board will consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016.
Further, pursuant to the DBSIL (Code of Conduct for Insider Trading) Rules, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from October 20, 2016 till October 29, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading window shall re-open on October 31, 2016.
