Quess Corp has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 19, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
In connection with the above, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Designated Persons from October 13, 2016 to October 21, 2016 (both days inclusive).
