Uflex advances on launching 9.5 micron speciality ALOxpolyester film

Uflex is currently trading at Rs. 310.05, up by 4.25 points or 1.39% from its previous closing of Rs. 305.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 306.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 315.00 and Rs. 306.25 respectively. So far 8,521 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 324.50 on 06-Oct-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 132.20 on 29-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 317.00 and Rs. 298.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2,238.92 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 44.02%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.92% and 44.06% respectively.

Uflex has launched 9.5 micron speciality ALOxpolyester film, Flexaloxprotcettm - FPGX. Engineered by Uflex’s fully owned subsidiary company Flex Americas S.A. de C.V at the Mexico plant, this happens to be the thinnest PET ALOx film available globally.

Despite being the leanest, the 9.5 micron ALOx polyester film exhibits excellent barrier for oxygen and water vapouras. Moreover, no player other than Uflex offers such a thin PET ALOxspeciality film with such superior barrier properties.
