Steel Strips Wheels has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2016.
The company has reported 19.89 % rise in its net profit at Rs 18.02 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 15.03 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 1.93% at Rs 297.91 crore for quarter under review as compared Rs 303.78 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
SSWL is a part of the Steel Strips Group, headquartered in Chandigarh. It is engaged in the manufacturing of single piece steel wheel rims in the range of 10 to 30 inches for scooters, passenger cars, utility vehicles and tractors. It supplies rims to almost all major manufacturers of two wheelers, three wheelers, four wheelers, tractors and heavy commercial vehicle.
