Ahluwalia Contracts (India) has received an award in favor amounting to around Rs 7 crore, including interest for the period from March 10, 2011 to October 11, 2016 against the Respondent Sri Sumeru Reality, Bangalore for construction of Group Housing known as ‘Soudhamini’ project at Soudhamini Estate, Udayapura, Bangalore. Besides, four FDRs worth Rs 5 crore kept as deposit with the Court would also be refundable.
