With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 15, 2016 regarding Financial Results for September 30, 2016, Steel Strips Wheels has now informed that due to typographical error, in the column of six monthly results ended September 30, 2016, tax amount has been shown as Rs 1332.76 lac instead of Rs 963.34 lac and consequently the net profit after tax has been shown as Rs 3292.29 Lac instead of Rs 3661.71 Lac. Therefore, correct Net profit after tax for the six months ended September 30, 2016 is Rs 3661.71 lacs and Correct Basic EPS is Rs 23.75 instead of Rs 21.35 and diluted EPS is Rs 23.71 instead of Rs 21.32.
