Royal Orchid Hotels has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 25, 2016 to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. In this connection, pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (the Code), the trading window will be closed from October 18, 2016 to October 27, 2016. The Trading Window will be opened from October 28, 2016.
