Ritesh Properties touches the roof on executing new agreement with Ansal

Ritesh Properties & Industries is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 7.06, up by 0.33 points or 4.90% from its previous closing of Rs. 6.73 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 7.06 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 7.06 and Rs. 7.06 respectively.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 10.80 on 25-Apr-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4.70 on 02-Jan-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 7.06 and Rs. 6.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8.06 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 33.01% while Non-Institutions held 66.99% stake in the company.

Ritesh Properties & Industries has executed a new agreement with Ansal Properties and Infrastructure (Ansal), whereby now the company will do the development and marketing of the project of its own. The board of directors have approved and adopted this agreement in its meeting held on April 20, 2012 as the company will be benefited with this development to the extent that all revenue of the project will be retained by the company.

Earlier in July 2006, Ritesh Properties & Industries had entered into an agreement with Ansal for development of Hampton Court Project located at Ludhiana.
