Geometric has reported results for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012
The company has reported net loss of Rs 3.97 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012, against net profit of Rs 6.09 crore for the corresponding period last fiscal. However total income increased by 13.41% at Rs 72.89 crore during the quarter under review from Rs 64.27 crore in the year-ago period.
On the consolidated basis, the Company has posted a fall of 24.48% in its net profit at Rs 12.76 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 17.84 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However total income has increased by 32.30% at Rs 224.93 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 170.02 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
