Endurance Technologies has informed that Asanka Rodrigo, Nominee Director of Actis Components and Systems Limited (Actis) has resigned from the Board of the Company effective October 20, 2016. This resignation is in terms of the Shareholders Agreement dated December 19, 2011 executed amongst the Company, Actis and other shareholders of the Company, whereby the agreement stands terminated upon listing of the Company’s Equity Shares on the Stock Exchanges. Consequently the Nominee Director has tendered his resignation.
