Marico has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2016.
The company has reported 37.88% rise in its net profit of Rs 179.13 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 129.92 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 3.40% at Rs 1220.91 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1180.72 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 18.05% rise in its net profit of Rs 180.56 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 152.95 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total Income of the company decreased by 0.24% to Rs 1467.50 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 1471.04 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
