With reference to the earlier letter dated October 28, 2016 vide which the Company informed that Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) by their letter no. F(Tech)RPCB/CPM/E-9/852 dated October 27, 2016 have revoked the consent to operate the Jaipur Plant, Bosch has now informed that based on the representation made by the Company, RSPCB have kept the above order in abeyance for a period of one month vide their letter no. F(Tech)RPCB/CPM/E-8/862 dated October 28, 2016. Accordingly, the Jaipur Plant will resume routine operations henceforth. The Company would co-operate with the authorities for early resolution of the matter. There is no material impact on account of suspension of operations of the Plant for a day.
