Balkrishna Paper Mills has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in view of the above mentioned Board Meeting, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed from November 01, 2016 to November 14, 2016 for the promoters /directors /officers/designated employees of the Company (‘the concerned persons’). The Trading Window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall reopen from November 15, 2016.
