Rubfila International has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, to approve the Un-audited Financial Statement for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016, and; to discuss and finalize the options for funding the expansion programs / working capital requirements of the Company. Further, in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in Company’s Shares stands closed from November 01, 2016 and shall re-open on November 14, 2016. The same has already been informed to the Directors and designated employees of the Company.
