NIIT, a global leader in skills and talent development, has entered into two strategic tie-ups in Ningxia Province of china to develop a pool of IT professionals who are aligned to the fast-evolving knowledge economy. Towards this, NIIT has signed a MoU with Yinchuan City Economic and Technology Development Zone to open a training centre and train 2500 learners from universities, colleges and enterprises in next 5 years with financial support from Ningxia provincial government. The company also joined hands with Ningxia University to provide IT training through NIIT Inside Model.
Under the MoU with Yinchuan City Economic and Technology Development Zone, NIIT will establish a training base in public-private partnership model supported by Ningxia Province, to conduct IT training in Digital Transformation technologies. Furthermore, NIIT and Ningxia University, the leading University in Ningxia province also joined hands, wherein NIIT will facilitate state-of-the-art ‘Inside Model’ in the University. ‘NIIT Inside Model’ is a unique curriculum integration model for co-operation with universities and colleges in China where NIIT programs will be embedded in University/College IT curriculum. Students may undergo a 4-year Bachelor Degree program or a 3-year Associate Degree program post 12th grade in Information Technology.
