Delta Corp has informed that Winding up petitions filed by certain holders of compulsorily convertible debentures (now converted into shares) have been admitted against Daman Hospitality (‘DHPL’), a subsidiary of the Company. DHPL is in the process of filing an appeal against this order, and based on legal advice, DHPL believes that it has a good case to succeed on appeal against the order. Advertisement of the order has been stayed until December 08, 2016 to enable an appeal.
