Gati reports marginally rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Gati has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2016.

The company has reported 49.07% rise in its net profit of Rs 14.43 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 9.68 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 8.74% at Rs 134.68 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 123.86 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the group has reported 0.17% rise in its net profit after tax, minority interest and share of profit of associates of Rs 5.80 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 5.79 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 5.16% to Rs 428.76 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 407.72 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
