Sirhind Steel has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016.
Further, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from November 01, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
