Motherson Sumi Systems has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2016.
The company has reported 0.48% fall in its net profit at Rs 197.97 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 198.93 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 12.65% at Rs 1774.51 crore for the quarter under review as compared Rs 1575.23 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 26.17% rise in its net profit at Rs 479.85 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 380.32 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total Income of the company has increased by 14.30% to Rs 10337.08 crore for quarter under review from Rs 9044.09 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
