Career Point, nation’s leading education player, has acquired 1,68,000 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each constituting 40% of Gyan Eduventure, the subsidiary of the company and consequently, Gyan Eduventure has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
The company had recently received Rs 35 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary ‘Career Point Infra’ from Career Point University, Kota towards assets sale transaction. This remittance was over and above the continued payments against management services provided by the company.
Career Point caters to the needs of a student throughout the life cycle of a student (KG. to PhD.), while operating in both the Formal and Informal education streams. In the informal Education system, the company has established a strong niche in test preparation and school curriculum tutoring.
