HealthCare Global Enterprises has received an approval for merger of DKR Healthcare with BACC Health Care. The Board of Directors of the respective companies have approved the scheme of amalgamation for the merger of these companies.

BACC Health Care is a direct subsidiary of the company and DKR Healthcare is a wholly owned subsidiary of BACC Health Care.

HealthCare Global Enterprises is the largest provider of cancer care in India. Through its network of 15 comprehensive cancer centres spread across India, HCG has brought advanced cancer care to the doorstep of millions of people.
